The service
LaunchMap analyzes the materials you provide and produces launch recommendations: strategy, platforms, communities, content, and calendar. Recommendations are decision support, not professional, legal, or financial advice.
Your content
You retain all rights to the documents you upload and the content you generate. You grant LaunchMap a limited license to process your documents solely to provide the service to you.
Fair use
Free accounts are limited to one active workspace and 5 AI content generations per month. We may adjust limits with notice; abusive use (automated scraping, reselling access) results in suspension.
AI outputs
Generated content and scores are AI-derived. Review before publishing — you are responsible for what you post. In this preview build, AI outputs are produced by deterministic mock models.
Liability
The service is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchMap's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We'll email you about material changes to these terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
